So what does everybody think should happen to Bernie Madoff? His assets total almost $900 million. He agreed to a plea agreement so he wouldn't have to turn anybody else in who was involved. I think he should be charged with homicide, along with everything else he was charged with. People commited suicide because he ruined their lives. He'll die in prison, but he shouldn't be sent to a white collar prison. He ought to be sent to State prison with the rapists and murderers. Not nice to say, but I hope he suffers for the rest of his life. Low life scum!

I also think that he deserves a large sentence and should have to give up his assets to help repay the people that he took money from. I don't get what these people are thinking... do they seriously think they are not going to get caught?
Your right on the mark, Mickey. Tns is right also. I think that money should be given back to the victims. I think the families of the people who committed suicide should get first dibs, and all of it back if that's possible.
